Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Great location just a few miles from town and an hour from the Grand Canyon. Spacious for sure. The swivel chair made it easy for someone in the living room to participate with those in the kitchen. The beds were nice and comfortable, a/c in every room. The grill and stove worked beautifully, Netflix availability and games were appreciated. I also appreciated the number of coffee mugs. The open shower with dual shower heads made showering an experience. We were able to enjoy both the front and back porches in a quiet neighborhood.
Negative: The back yard has not been developed and was overgrown with weeds in stark contrast to the neighboring properties. The doorknob to the back door in the second bedroom fell off when we tried to go outside. There were some dirty dishes in the cabinets when we got there and while there were towels for everyone there was only one washcloth. One of the selling points for the house was the jetted tub. However, we were unable to use it because the stopper in the tub didn't work.
Summary: Very nice rental in need of just a little TLC.
