Large 5 bedroom 3 bath home available for ages 16 and up, not accessiblity or pet friendly at all. Please see addl details for rules of home prior to booking so you know ahead of time if this is for you! Please-do not try to negotiate price for the booking we are local homeowners and take pride in our neighborhood and home- price will adjust per persons staying in home. This listing you must submit all guests names and ID and DL upon booking of you do not you will then forfeit your booking, this is to ensure safety of the home and neighborhood there’s no extra guests allowed on property outside of those booked and confirmed prior to your arrival.
