Summary: Our family of 5 just came back from a wonderful stay at this spacious property. The property could’ve accommodated 2-3 more people. Everything is as it looks in the pictures on VRBO.Location: the resort is conveniently located in the midpoint between San Jose del Cabo and Cabo San Lucas. Since this is about 20 from Cabo San Lucas, we were able to avoid the Spring Break crowd. This is a quiet resort so those looking for crowds and loud music at the pools will be disappointed. But if you are looking for a relaxing spot away from the crowds, you can’t find a better spot. Although this is a beachfront property, you can’t swim in the beach out front (currents are too strong). Very easy to get around without a car as Uber will pick you up in front of the unit.Amenities: we cooked a lot of meals at home and the property had all the things you need to cook. The pool was heated and there was never a crowd. You don’t have to wake up early to reserve a chair. They also have pickleball courts right across the way from the unit that were rarely used. Owner: as great as the property was, Costantino (owner) was the best host we’ve ever dealt with. Check in and check out was very simple. He also had a lot of recommendations for us on where to go and what to do. He let us know about Chileno Beach (one of the swimmable beaches in the area) where the fish will swim up to you. The best part is that there is not a laundry list of things to do before you check out.
