Renovations were completed in March 2024. Everything is new.
6 can sleep comfortably, 7 when 1 or more are children.
This condo is tastefully decorated and features a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa that opens to a full-sized bed, and a flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with what you need to prepare your own meals, potentially saving you hundreds of dollars a day in restaurant meals. This condo has marble counters, modern oven, microwave, refrigerator w/ice maker and a dishwasher. You also will have a private balcony where you can enjoy coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening.
The BEST things about this unit: CLEAN and modern with a FULL kitchen, FREE parking on property within steps to the lobby (no stairs required), newly remodeled, beautiful view overlooking palm trees and Kalakaua Avenue, and LOCATION! You'll be within walking distance to all that Waikiki has to offer. This 675 sq. ft. condo will be your home away from home.

This unit includes 1 Queen bed in the front bedroom, 2 Double beds in the back room and a couch sleeper in the living room.
Located within the secure gate of The Royal Aloha, guests have access to the swimming pool, outside BBQ area, and use of the laundry facilities located on each floor.
Other things to note:
Access to the building is acquired with a FOB. Access to the parking space is with a remote. You will be given an access code to a lockbox which has everything you need to enter the building. The front door to the unit is accessed with an electronic combination lock which will be given to you before check in.
Waikiki is a vibrant urban area so please keep in mind that there is potential for the sounds of sirens and street noise when staying in Waikiki.

Summary: We are a family of 6 and recently booked a week at this property. The property is walking distance to Waikīkī, which made a nice walk back after dinner. It also came with a free parking space which is ideal if you have a car rental. Because parking can be a pain and having to deal with all the one way streets and the dodging of tourists of Waikīkī it’s better to walk. The property was clean!!! With kids, I’m a stickler for cleanliness. Checking in was a breeze. Gina, the host was awesome!!! She was very accommodating and responsive to all our needs. Would definitely stay here again.
