BEACH FRONT- 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom on the Manhattan Beach Strand! This beautiful strand unit has is very spacious (approx 1,400 sqft). Just steps to the beach! Amazing ocean views in the living room and kitchen.
Watch the surfers in front while drinking your morning coffee and sip wine while enjoying amazing sunsets every night on the balcony. Fall asleep listening to the surf.
The unit has hardwood floors, large fully equipped kitchen, beautiful vaulted ceilings in the living room, and a fireplace complete the space. The living area has a new 55” flat-screen tv. There are 2 bedrooms, master bedroom has a new king size bed, and an on suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a new queen sized bed, and a bathroom just outside the door in the hallway (this bathroom has a bathtub). The unit has a stacked washer and dryer inside.
THE LOCALE:
Living at the beach means you spend your days swimming, learning to surf or stand-up paddle, boogie boarding or just watching from your deck. No driving or packing up the car required! Stairs to the beach and bike path are conveniently located directly in front of the property. The unit is located in a friendly 4 unit building, occupied by local residents. Our onsite manager will meet you upon arrival for check-in and can assist you with any special requests before you arrive. We offer personalized service and strive to make our guests as comfortable as we can during their stay. Please email us for additional information or requests.

This property is located on The Strand, in front of a beautiful section of the beach that includes volleyball courts, great surfing, swimming and is lifeguard patrolled. A wonderful beach for families and surfers alike - it is safe, clean and spacious and boasts the best surfing beach in the South Bay. Walk or bike to the MB or Hermosa Piers, shops and restaurants. The famous Fishbar restaurant is only 1 ½ block walk and downtown Manhattan Beach is a lovely 20 minute stroll down the Strand.(1.3 miles)
North Manhattan Beach is conveniently located to LAX (15 min.) or the 405 (7 min), Venice Beach & Marina Del Rey (15 min), the Getty Museum in (25 min) or Disneyland in (45 min). Once you are here however, there is really no need for a car - everything you need to enjoy your stay is a short walk away. Come enjoy the California beach life!
