The space
The first floor has a front porch, dining room, kitchen, and full bathroom. It has a side door that exits to a large, fenced-in yard that has a patio area with outdoor seating and a grill. The dining room seats four people. The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking and serving: pots/pans, cast iron skillet, panini press, slow cooker, plates/bowls, silverware.
The second floor has a living room and an office area in an open space floor plan. The living room has a 55" smart TV. The office has a sleeper sofa that folds out to a full size bed, a table, a reading seat, and a large glass desk with an office chair. An external monitor is provided as well as an ethernet cable for direct ethernet access to the router if desired.
The third floor has a huge master bedroom: king-size bed, couch with coffee table, desk with external monitor, and workout equipment (dummbbels from 5 through 45 lbs and a satationary bicycle). It has a walk-in closet with a washer, dryer, laundry detergent, dryrer sheets, iron, ironing board, and generous clorhing storage space with plenty of coat hangers. The large master bathroom has a large shower with two shower heads.
The roof has a city skyline view with an outdoor couch/table.
