Autumn on Cape Cod
Come explore Cape Cod's second summer and enjoy beautiful cooler weather with milder temps – but without the crowds. Cape Cod's shoulder season should not be missed, with its endless shimmering ocean views contrasting against the season's vibrant rich fall foliage and vermillion-saturated cranberry bogs. Escape the long lines and enjoy the Cape's outdoor activities, along with some solitude. From a fresh lobster dinner to succulent oysters, enjoy dining al fresco on outdoor decks and patios well into the season. There is nothing quite like a beach day in autumn, where the beaches are less crowded and the ocean temps remain warm into September. As fall progresses with cooler days, bundle up for a refreshing walk along the seashore. Spend afternoons kayaking, canoeing or paddle-boarding our waters, chartering a fishing boat and engaging in some recreational fishing, going on a whale watch excursion, hiking nature trails or sailing off into some of the most beautiful sunsets you have ever seen. Some of the locals consider this the best time of year on the Cape! For ideas of more things to do in fall on Cape Cod, https://propertycapecod.com/best-things-to-do-in-fall/ click here.
