One flight up brings you to a spacious private second level that is 930 sf. interior with an additional 575 sf. of balconies.
The spaces include two baths and three bedrooms, one sitting with a table for games or work and chaise lounge. There is a central appointed wet bar. Your will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home away from home.
The Space:
Clean bright and spacious. Two bathrooms. The larger room bath is a tub with hand held shower, the other with a large tiled shower. There is one smart TV’s, (2nd upon request) a couch and dining table with 4 chairs. In the larger room A 42” smart TV can be viewed from couch or turned to watch from bed. TVs can also work as a computer monitor
Guest Access:
There are 2 stairways to access second floor units.
The Neighborhood:
Located in the Historic West university area, 2 blocks from the arts/historic district including the eclectic 4th ave. You will also be in walking distance to downtown where you'll find great nightlife with music, breweries, outdoor gourmet dining, and great ice cream!
We are very close to university of Arizona and have been a great base for hikers. Our beautiful tall trees and lush landscaping are indicative of our historic neighborhood. Great area to walk around and explore the bungalow early 1900's houses.
Getting Around:
Walking is the best way to get around. Leave your car in our gated back parking lot until you are ready to head out. Street parking in front is free. Rental bikes to cruise the cities bike paths are one block away

Capacity: 4 persons
Curfew: 11:00pm
Stairs: The stairs are narrow and fairly steep. There are good handrails.
Train Horn: There is an Amtrak train that sounds it’s horn in the distance nightly. Some find a sense of romance in the trains passage, others may find that it disturbs their sleep. Thus far no complaints but worth noting.
Landscapers: they clean up the yard every Friday morning after 8:00am.
