The in-ground heated pool (with an electronic retractable cover) and screened porch with a gas grill will be the perfect setting for summer fun. You'll love soaking in the hot tub after a fun outdoor adventure. The two-story porch welcomes lake breezes and sunsets. En-suite bathrooms for most bedrooms provide comfort for family and guests. Nestled on a private cul de sac in the desirable Eiffel Tower section of Grand Beach, Michigan, this high-end home joins the feel of traditional Coastal Carolina design with all of the latest amenities, including smart home climate and lighting and security controls. An easy-flowing floor plan, beautiful finishes, and a new putting green in the backyard will add to your enjoyment.
Southern Charm is spacious and beautiful and is located in what is arguably the best neighborhood in Southwestern Michigan. Eiffel Tower is a high-end neighborhood consisting of beautiful luxury homes with large dune grass lots, all within walking distance of the lake. Grand Beach is the first major township south of New Buffalo, so you are still just four and a half miles from all the shops and restaurants.
Southern Charm has two main-floor bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with a queen bed) and four upper-level bedrooms. The spacious living area is open to the dining area and kitchen so the entire family can hang out together during meals and family time. There is a great screened porch access from the dining area that leads to the pool so you can keep an eye on the little ones.
There is a beach access point about 300 feet from the house but it has been compromised by the high water level in Lake Michigan for the last two years. There are several other neighborhood beaches in Grand Beach of course.
In short, Southern Charm is just a lovely place, ready for you and your friends or family to come out and make long-lasting memories!

The pool is private and heated and has a remote-controlled retractable cover for safety.
Cell service can be spotty in the area, especially on the lakefront. If you need to make a phone call, we recommend calling over the internet whenever possible to ensure that it does not get dropped.
The pool will open on May 21st and close on September 15th.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
1 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD25 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay.
