Includes a private outdoor hang space with a hot tub. Parking for 3 vehicles. In a stellar location & neighborhood, only 1/2 mile to Belmont, walk to coffee, food, Zanies comedy club. Only 2 miles to Broadway. Walkable to all 8th Ave S. Close to The Gulch, Midtown, Belmont University and more! 15 min from BNA Airport. This is the place!
The Space:
This stunning location is the perfect house for anyone! Boasts a beautiful back patio with Hot Tub. Whether you're on a family vacation, work trip, or here to celebrate, this is the spot! Our house is great for entertaining and hosting larger groups. Enjoy the hardwood floors, custom bathrooms and sparkling new appliances.
Two story, historic renovation build with all brand new furniture, linens, kitchen items, accessories, etc! Beautiful open floor plan that is a great place to hang out and relax between all of your Nashville festivities. *Please note there is NO ice maker at the property. There are trays available, but we suggest you pick up ice on your way to the BNB!
**PLEASE NOTE: Absolutely NO decorations may be adhered to the walls, fixtures or furniture. Failure to follow this will result in a fine! We do partner with decorating companies who can decorate for your special occasion - just ask us!

DISCLAIMER:
-Additional guests outside of your confirmed guest count are not allowed on our property unless pre-approved PRIOR to your stay.
-We have a zero tolerance policy on our property being used as a "home base" for parties or visitors to come & go.
-We have exterior cameras to verify who is entering our home.
-If you exceed your confirmed guest count, you will be asked to leave immediately and charged a $500 fine.
-Upon confirming your booking, you are subject to our House Rules, which includes this disclaimer.
**There is an additional $400 fee for guests wanting to book my property for filming and/or photography. A location agreement must be provided to me prior to your shoot date.**
EARLY CHECK-INS OR LATE CHECK-OUTS:
Early check-in or late check-outs must be PRE-ARRANGED. Please do not ask on the day before, or the day of arrival as we will NOT honor it. We have our cleaners scheduled at specific times and are unable to make last minute changes. Any non pre-arranged late check-outs will result in withholding of deposit.
The only way we can guarantee an early check-in is if the night prior to your stay is available, we can block it off for you at half the price. Same goes for late check-out, if there is no one booked the night of your check out date, we can block off the night for you for a guaranteed late check-out at half the price.
LUGGAGE DROP OFF:
While we would love to be able to accommodate luggage drop off requests, there simply isn’t a ‘'holding area” in our home that wouldn’t interfere with our cleaners ability to move freely during their clean. We recommend you contact Stow Station.
The total price of the reservation is based on the nightly rate set by the host, plus fees or costs determined by the host or booking platform. Extra guest fee charged by some hosts for extra guests beyond a set number, which may fluctuate.
The Neighborhood:
Close to all of the action yet the neighborhood is peaceful. Short walk to Hattie B's, popular bars, restaurants, & coffee in Melrose. Walk minutes to discover 8th Avenue's shops, boutiques, restaurants, & cafes, Zanies comedy club is a 5 minute walk, or venture into town to discover its live music scene. Walk a little further or grab a Lyft and you'll be in 12South. Honky Tonk Row is only 3 miles down the road, typically a $10 Lyft ride depending on the time of day.
Getting Around:
Quick/cheap Uber/Lyfts to anywhere. 15 minutes from BNA Airport, 5 minutes to Broadway/Honky Tonks, 3 minutes to the Gulch. Walkable to shops, cafes, boutiques, restaurants, and clubs. Beauty/Nail salons and a 24 hour gym all within 1 mile from this location as well!
Other Things to Note:
** While staying with us, PLEASE make sure ALL doors are shut and locked when not in use! PLEASE do not leave any valuables in your vehicle if parked on the street. Nashville is a BIG city so please make sure to be vigilant with our property and yours!!
**Please note: Guests who stay 3 weeks or longer will incur an additional cleaning fee
