Your perfect vacation retreat awaits! This cozy 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath newer construction, log home, located in a quiet neighborhood between Attitash and Bear Peak (walking distance to Bear Peak) includes over 2,000 square feet and open-design living space. Very well laid out, this home can comfortably accommodate 2 families. Walk in through the spacious mud-room to the main floor, which includes an open-design living room and kitchen area with a pellet stove. The kitchen contains modern appliances (including a Keurig Coffee Maker as well as a traditional one), a center island which seats 4, and a counter height dining table with seats for 6. Look across to the living room area where you can gather around the large comfortable sectional and enjoy beautiful outdoor views from our floor to ceiling windows, or watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen smart tv. (New tv purchased in 2023!)
The 1st floor includes 2 bedrooms. The first one with a queen bed and ample closet space. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a twin bed. Under the twin bed you will find a pull out mattress (to accommodate a 4th person). There is plenty of space to store your belongings in the walk in closet. Across the hall there is a full bath with a combo tub/shower. Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king size bed, full bathroom, and walk in closet.
In the finished lower level you will find a family/tv room. Tucked around the corner is the 4th bedroom with a king size bed and a half bathroom.
Outside there is a large deck with both gas and charcoal grills, a picnic table, a patio with a firepit. Around the back of the house you will find an enclosed outdoor shower.
Bartlett and the Mount Washington Valley conveniently offer a wide-range of activities for family enjoyment - especially in the summer and fall months! We are steps away from Attitash's adventures- mountain biking, hiking, and more! Minutes to dozens of popular attractions including Storyland, Cranmore Mountain Resort, Wildcat, Settlers' Green Outlet Village, Kangamagus Highway, Saco River - swimming, canoeing, tubing, flyfishing. Conway Scenic Railroad, Cathedral Ledge, and Mount Washington Observatory. Bretton Woods and Santa's Village are also a short drive away.
We now have brand new air conditioning window units in 3 of the bedrooms and many fans too help keep you cool during the summer months.

Smoking: Not allowed INSIDE the cabin, If you smoke outside Ppease dispose of cigarette butts.
