The house is less than a minute off Interstate-235 on a spacious and private 2.5 acre wooded lot. Enjoy our large fully stocked kitchen, 2 living rooms, 6 bedrooms, and spacious backyard while you're here!

Step into our spacious 6-bedroom home, featuring a cozy family room with an 85-inch smart TV and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances. Two living rooms, each with their own smart TV, offer plenty of space to relax. Upstairs, find comfortable bedrooms, including a loft-style suite with a convertible sofa. Outside, enjoy a fenced backyard oasis with water features and room for both play and relaxation. Adjacent to the Walnut Creek Trail, you can explore Des Moines' natural beauty right from your doorstep.

The Neighborhood:
The house is set back from 63rd Street on a 2.5 acre wooded lot. We are adjacent to the Walnut Creek Bicycle trail and offers miles of well-maintained trails for biking, jogging and walking. The Des Moines Art Center is 2 miles away. Adjacent to the Des Moines Arts Center is Greenwood Park, which offers some beautiful outdoor picnic and walking areas, as well as forest paths that are popular for hiking and mountain biking. Greenwood Park also has a public outdoor swimming pool open during the summers. The Clive Aquatic Center is also a popular summer outdoor recreation area and is easily accessible along the bike trail, or quickly by car. Des Moines Living History Farm in nearby Clive is also worth a visit. The John Deere plant in Ankeny also offers some organized tours that are worth exploring.
