Wave riders will also have a couple of boogie boards and plenty of beach towels at their disposal! One king-size bed, three queen beds, and two twins allow for sleeping up to ten guests. The obvious benefit of a duplex is having the flexibility to flow between units when it is time for guests to gather, play games, and cook together while also providing autonomy for those seeking respite and a bit more privacy. East Beach Escape is the best of both worlds! As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.
