Summary: This property is beautiful and over looks Coldwater Lake. There were 8 adults and a 1yr old grandchild. 3 of the sleeping areas are very private in bedrooms. The master has a private full bath and a sitting area, TV and direct access to the back yard & patio. There are 2 more sleeping areas with a queen bed in both areas that do provide privacy by using heavy black curtains. The 2 upstairs bedrooms have a full bath that is very convenient and one room has a balcony over looking the lake out front of the house. The 3rd bathroom is by the extra sleeping areas. If you have little ones there is a toddler bed and 2 cribs. One upstairs and one downstairs. They also offered pack and plays. The high hair was awesome so we did not have to bring one. The garage is turned into an entertainment area with a long table, nice furniture and TV. There is also an extra fridge in the garage entertainment area. There is an amazing amount of Beach Towels that are provided! Also water toys. The dock and lift are nice. We rented a pontoon boat from Coldwater Marina that was very easy to book and pick up to bring over to the house. BOOK boat ahead of time so you make sure there is one available. The host was available when I reached out. The kitchen was amazingly stocked with pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware and cooking Utensils. Limited spices so if there is something you want to make be sure to bring them along. This home is very clean & spacious. It was a wonderful trip for everyone!!
