A 3-minute walk to the 2k Simpson Bay Beach with full-service cabanas or Maho Beach where we can see the planes land over our heads, (or skip the crowds and watch planes come and go from the portico at a safer distance)? Nightlife, bars, restaurants & casinos nearby. Quiet gated community. The large family-style home is a perfect blend for families and friends alike.
The space
Relax in the new 6-person spa and enjoy this completely remodeled house. 3 beds/2 baths, refurnished with roomy living spaces, great kitchen and private outdoor spaces for dining, lounging, and spa.

The courtyard-style house is yours to enjoy from the side breezeway with lounge area and outdoor dining, the new 6-person Spa with lounger and sunshade pergola to the portico with a full sofa and love seat for plane spotting.

Summary: This house is perfect for a foursome. It looks just like the pictures. It was very clean and we never saw a bug. Shelby greeted us upon our arrival. It’s in a great location. We walked to D’s Beach Bar often which is a perfect place to sunbathe and eat and drink.
