Positive: Good location, easy to collect keys although lock box is sticky and needs attention.

Negative: The Pool was not available due to renovations we were never told this and they would have known when we booked yet we were told there was a pool available. Two single beds in 2nd bedroom are very low to the ground and mattresses terrible, bed linen didn’t fit and they used big sheets for single beds which meant it all scrunched up when you slept and rolled over. Mattresses not comfortable on single beds. Carpet nice in bedrooms and heating and cooling was great. Used bandaid found under spare bed. Cleaning could have been better cleaned out cutlery drawer and dishes left in dishwasher. Could have been left with more dishwashing liquid and more tea towels only given one. There were a number of downlight globes out on the living area and we replaced these ourselves. The TV is far too small for the living area. Could do with some improvements and maintenance
