This home is a spacious and modern 3 bedroom 2 bathroom stay in a residential neighborhood close to downtown amenities. This outstanding location includes 3 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, and 2 baths to accommodate up to 8 guests.
Centrally located with easy highway access to everything. Less than a mile to groceries, restaurants, movie theater & other shops! Just a short drive to Vancouver Waterfront, Portland, PDX & Columbia River Gorge, trails & hikes
The home may include a decibel monitoring sensor to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property. It allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. Tampering is prohibited
Pets and any animals are not allowed on furniture or beds for any reason. If we are required to have Couches or Beds professionally cleaned there will be additional charge.
Self check in with a smart lock. I do live in town and am always happy to give any local insight, but your space and privacy is of the utmost importance to us! We utilize a co - host to be sure all questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

Self check in with a smart lock. We do have exterior cameras on the property. You will have full access to the property interior and exterior. You will also have access to the Garage for games and activities, but not parking. The driveway is large and can provide parking for up to 3 vehicles with ample free on street parking.
The space is professionally cleaned and sanitized with professional linen services provided prior to your stay.
Living room #1:
Couch, Loveseat, and two comfy chairs. Games, smart tv and office nook with wifi and chair.
Dining Room:
Space for 6 at a wooden table off of Living room #1.
Living Room #2:
Chair and Sectional/ Pull Out Bed that also provides a fourth sleeping space for guests! There is also a full size air mattress! This area opens up to the backyard space through a convenient sliding glass door.
Kitchen:
A 3-seater breakfast bar provides extra seating space. A Keurig Inspired coffee bar provides you with your morning pick-me-up. Full cooking options with stove, overhead microwave, and large fridge and freezer with water option. This kitchen is meant to provide enough cooking utensils to eat in!
Master bedroom/bathroom:
This large room provides enough space to move freely, with large wall-length closet and in-room vanity. There is a smart tv provided to watch all of your apps. This queen-sized bed is filled with the memory foam magic you would expect from a higher-end rental. Ample seating space and storage with small dressers provided. There is a separate tub and shower space for an ultra-private space.
Bedroom #2:
This memory foam platform queen bed, with large closet and bedside storage leaves you with plenty of space to unpack and unwind!
Bedroom #3:
This queen bed with side table and dresser for clothing storage is a simple room with all you need for your stay. You can find a luggage rack hiding in the closet so that you have plenty of room to pack and unpack!
Bathroom #2:
Find this well stocked bathroom with everything you need for your stay. Tub and shower combo with hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
We provide all towels, and bedding for your stay, so you can pack light!
Should you need to wash clothing during your stay, there is a hallway laundry room with a large washer and dryer, for your convenience.
In the Garage, we have various games for the family! While we have not pictured them, they are for your gaming pleasure and it is our hope that you can stay entertained inside or outside this home.
The backyard features a patio sitting area with a fire pit and extra seating!
