The space:
This lovely Plattsburgh rental is fully renovated and just refurnished in 2022. In the winter, it is a quiet place right outside of town to be cozy and warm with family and friends before and after adventures in the snow. In the summer, it is a great place to enjoy the water and gorgeous views of the Green Mountains in Vermont.
The rental is right off the road with total privacy and large backyard.
There are 5 bedrooms and two bathrooms with soft sheets, down duvets, extra blankets, pillows, new mattresses, towels, Trader Joe’s Shampoo and Body Soap, a glass desk for working in each room.
The living room has a large couch and 75” QLED flat screen TV with Netflix and a full sized pool table.
Recent Upgrades: We listened! based on reviews we added better lighting throughout, a microwave, and a full sized pool table.
The gym is equipped with a Peloton Treadmill , a Peloton Bike, and stretch bands, jump ropes, and weights.
The house works great for large families, large groups of friends, and Bachelor/Bachelorette parties. The kitchen is stocked for making family meals.
Things to do:
5 minute drive to Point Au Roche State Park. The park had trails, including nature, hiking and biking trails, wind through interesting habitats, from forest to marsh to shoreline.
Montreal and Burlington are each about an hour away and make for fun day trip.
The Adirondack Mountains are nearby for great day hikes.
Sailing + Windsurfing are incredible on Lake Champlain.
Skiing is great at nearby Whiteface Ski Resort. The road cycling is unparalleled and you can literally ride without seeing many cars for 50+ miles.
