It has wood laminate and ceramic tile floors. No carpet inside the unit except on the stairs. The kitchen has granite counter-tops, toaster, coffee pot, refrigerator, microwave, electric can opener, dishes, pots and pans. The master bedroom has two twin beds that are pushed together to form a king bed. This bedroom has a large walk in closet and a full bathroom. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and a large closet. The second guest bedroom has a double bed and large closet. There is a guest full bathroom upstairs. There is also a half bathroom downstairs. There is a utility room downstairs complete with a washer and dryer. There is a enclosed patio outside in the back of the unit. All linens, towels and sheets are provided.
