Summary: The property was clean and updated. We had a late flight with a late arrival and the property owner was nice enough to meet us and let us into the condo after hours. The owner also had a few requested items in the condo on our arrival which was a nice touch and much appreciated. We were traveling with our 2 sons, so the 2nd bedroom with twin beds was the perfect set up for our family of 4. The underground garage with an assigned space was an added bonus. It is located minutes away from Pearl street mall where there are some great restaurants and minutes away from Boulder Creak. Along the creak is a bike/walking path with great views of the mountains!! The bike rentals are located conveniently a few blocks from the creak path. We also visited the Rocky Mountain National Park which is 1 hour away. We took advantage of the in-unit washer & dryer after some muddy hikes. So overall, it is a great place to stay with a friendly owner and we would definitely rent it again if we are ever back in the area!
