Great Relaxing 3rd Floor Condo, located 15 minutes from downtown and 20 minutes to Folly Beach and 15 minutes to The Citadel and College of Charleston. Located a half mile from Food Lion and great restaurants your sure to love!
Have yourself a nice cup of coffee from the local Southern Brew Coffee and take in the scenery from the sun room facing the southern live oak and bald cypress trees. WIFI and Smart TVs are setup for your entertainment as well. The property has an outdoor pool as well as a gym located steps outside this unit. There is also a walking trail on the southside of the property to a local planation.
The condo is outfitted to sleep 6 people with a pull out couch in the living room. A crib is available in the master bedroom if needed.
