Positive: The location was great. The space inside the home was great and was nice and roomy. The beds were comfortable. The view from the living room was very nice and the view from the deck. Liked the outside deck space outside of the master.
Negative: There were many areas of improvement: First of all there were video cameras on the property and this was not disclosed in the rental contract; 50% of the window blinds were broken; No hot water in the master shower (just barely warm); broken outdoor furniture; outdoor furniture was very dirty; no dining table outside other than a picnic table that couldn't move; no use of the buoy; misrepresentation of the hot tub (was shown in pictures); dishes in the cabinets were all dirty; floors in the kitchen were dirty. Overall it appeared that this property had not had any maintainance done in a very long time. Contacted Vacasa from the beginning regarding the outdoor furniture and they never did anything about it though they promised they would. Being a waterfront property I would have expected more outdoor amenities.
Summary: Value to cost was poor. For what we paid nightly I would have expected way more.
