What We Love
One of the most iconic scenes of the Pacific Northwest awaits at this West Seattle home, with its stunning views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains, and beautiful nightly sunsets. It's an unforgettable setting, whether you're barbecuing on the patio, playing cornhole in the afternoons, or practicing your swing using the private putting green out back.
This single-story home enjoys a special West Seattle location, just a few blocks up from Beach Drive. It's less than a mile to Alki Beach, the Alki Point Lighthouse, and a wide assortment of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Downtown Seattle is easily reached as well, either by water taxi (three miles) or by car (seven miles).
The highlight of this home is the manicured outdoor space, from the covered back patio where you can sip your morning coffee to the sheltered side patio with its gas grill, large umbrella, and cushioned seating. But the same spectacular views fill the home's interior, thanks to an open floor plan and a rear wall of picture windows framing the sound and mountains.
Other wonderful features include a sleek chef's kitchen with upscale appliances (including an in-island gas range), a glassed-in dining space, and a living room where you can stream movies and play board games by the fire. Of the bedrooms, one is a primary suite with its own bathroom and access to the back patio.
