The villa is built on a private plot of about 23,000 m², with a built house of 165 m² of interior, plus the exterior with pool and terraces in total about 4000 m2. The house has three double bedrooms, the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a very interesting modern decoration as you can see in the photos, the second bedroom is double with single beds and the third bedroom with a double bed. All the bedrooms have views of the natural landscape of Mallorca. You find two full bathrooms with shower, modern design and very comfortable.
The whole house has air conditioning, and in winter central heating (by hetaed bomb/ A.C.) + efficient and beautiful fireplace.
The center of the house is a large living room open to the kitchen, very spacious and with large windows that go from one side to the other, giving it transparency and a panoramic view to the outside wherever you look.
