Positive: Excellent location and even had a bear in the front yard on the first day. Beautiful house and having a pool and a hot tube made the stay exceptional.
Negative: The description said it sleeps 10, but the futon only slept 1 comfortably. Also, there were not enough towels to accommodate 10, but we were able to wash them.
