ADDITIONAL RULES
Upon check-in, you will be provided with towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper for your convenience. Our housekeeping team will replenish the shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper at no additional cost while their scheduled cleaning takes place. Linens and towels will be changed every seventh day at no extra charge.
Housekeeping hours may vary and are scheduled one day in advance, offering limited flexibility. We will inform you of the scheduled time one day prior to ensure you are prepared.
Please inform us via the Airbnb app if you intend to host guests, providing their full names for our records. Note that only 4 people are permitted to stay overnight in the apartment.

Smoking of any substance inside the unit is strictly prohibited. If evidence of smoking is found, a $250 fee will be charged.
Check-in is at or after 4:00 pm, and check-out is no later than 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and prior approval. Unapproved late check-outs will incur a fee of $100 per hour for each hour past 11:00 am.
Please note that Tulum is still developing, which means you might experience occasional power outages beyond our control. Due to its lush jungle surroundings, encountering the odd bug is also a possibility. However, we assure you that any issues with provided services like internet, water, or power will be swiftly addressed to the relevant authorities for resolution.
In case of any concerns during your stay, our skilled maintenance team is committed to resolving them as promptly as possible within their working hours. We kindly ask you to report any issues immediately, accompanied by photos, through the Airbnb app, to assist us in addressing your concerns efficiently.

Mantenimiento de Áreas Comunes
Para promover un ambiente limpio, ordenado y seguro en las áreas comunes del condominio, se establecen las siguientes normas de uso y mantenimiento:
Limpieza y Orden: Los residentes deben limpiar cualquier área común que ensucien. Esto incluye, pero no se limita a, derrames, residuos de alimentos y cualquier otro tipo de desorden.
Mobiliario de Áreas Comunes: Cualquier mueble o equipo utilizado en las áreas comunes debe ser regresado a su lugar original después de su uso.
Uso de Baños Comunes: En caso de ocasionar un atasco en algún baño de las áreas comunes, se debe reportar inmediatamente a la administración para su pronta solución.
Uso de la alberca : Es obligatorio ducharse antes de entrar a la alberca. No se permite el ingreso a la misma con lodo, arena o cualquier otra sustancia que pueda ensuciar el agua.
No se permiten bebidas y alimentos dentro de la alberca.
No se permite vidrio en las áreas comunes.
No se permite fumar dentro de las albercas.
No se permite tirar cenizas en el piso o tirar las colillas de los cigarros en macetas o piso.
Notificación para Uso de Áreas Específicas: Para utilizar los asadores de las áreas comunes, se debe notificar a la administración del condominio entre las 8:00 a.m. y las 4:00 p.m. del mismo día.
Limpieza después del uso : En caso de utilizar instalaciones como asadores o similares, se debe limpiar cualquier residuo como cenizas y asegurarse de que el área quede en el estado en que se encontró.
Prohibido arrojar colillas de cigarrillos, cenizas o cualquier otro residuo relacionado con productos de tabaco en el suelo de las áreas comunes del condominio. Esta prohibición incluye, pero no se limita a, jardines, pasillos, piscinas, gimnasio, y cualquier otro espacio compartido.
Solo se permite estacionar las bicicletas en el área designada para bicicletas o dentro de su departamento.
