Positive: The room was clean and spacious.

Negative: Service was not good across the board Waited 2 hrs for ice Asked for my sons sheets for sofa bed and it came at 1:30am Restaurants staff took very long and service was not good at any of the restaurants we went to Each night they would sit us 30-45 min after our reservation time and dinners ran 2-3 hrs

Summary: Beautiful resort, but needs work on service.
