This mountain-facing residence provides beautiful views of the mountain from all windows, through the spectacular cathedral windows in the living room or the windows of either bedroom. Each morning, quickly see how much powder fell overnight or which slopes are freshly groomed. From the balcony off the main living area, you look right down at the base area that’s a hub of activity all year round.
The penthouse residence is tastefully renovated with contemporary furnishing and modern fixtures and appliances. This designer residence features locally-sourced barnwood and natural stone. An open concept living, dining, and kitchen area has cathedral ceilings and natural light streams in through the wall of windows. There’s a comfortable sitting space to gather around the beautiful stone gas fireplace, a dining table for six and high-end kitchen appliances with a bar counter that seats three guests. The living room is outfitted with a 55-inch smart TV and a Samsung soundbar.
The mountain-facing primary king suite has plenty of natural light, a 43-inch smart TV, a large closet and a private bath with double vanity. This bathroom features a steam shower and separate tub. On the opposite side of the main living space is the second bedroom that has a queen bed and one twin bed. This room is also mountain facing, full of natural light and features a 43-inch smart TV.
