The Space:
****As part of routine lake maintenance and shoreline repair efforts by Georgia Power, Lake Sinclair will be drawn down by approximately 5 feet starting October 25, 2025. The lake refill is anticipated to begin on December 1, 2025****

Nestled on the picturesque shores of Lakes Sinclair, this A-frame house features three cozy bedrooms to accommodate your family or group. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious king bedroom with a private attached bathroom, while downstairs offers an additional king bedroom and a queen bedroom for a peaceful night's rest.
The fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for six provide the perfect space for preparing and enjoying home-cooked meals. For extra sleeping space and a unique experience, the detached igloo guesthouse awaits with a queen bed in the main area and two twin beds in the loft. The igloo is equipped with its own amenities, including a small stove, apartment fridge, and a tiled stand-up shower in the compact bathroom.
Outside, the property boasts a plethora of amenities to enhance your stay. Explore the tranquil waters with five kayaks and a two-seater John boat complete with a trolling motor. Life jackets, lake floats, and a floating Lillypad are provided for your enjoyment. Unwind in the evenings around the bonfire pit, surrounded by the warm glow of string lights that illuminate the area.
The expansive peninsula features three inviting porches, including a covered porch and two lakeside balconies offering stunning views of the water. Relax in the outdoor furniture provided on each porch or head down to the two-boat slip dock, equipped with cleats for securing your watercraft.
Please note that the property's long driveway and country setting offer a peaceful retreat, while the proximity to Twin Bridges Marina provides convenient access to boat rentals and amenities. Keep in mind that not all boats may fit under the Twin Bridges, and water levels can fluctuate daily. The dock depth at the fishing channel is approximately 6-8 feet deep, although other areas may be shallower depending on water levels.

This is a pet-friendly property. Pet fees are non-refundable and range from $150-$500 depending on the amount of pets, sizes, etc. Please reach out directly to Lakeside Property Management to confirm your furry friends before your arrival this also includes to confirm your service animals. Unauthorized pets will be billed back to the guests in the amount of $500. If your pet damages any items in the home you will be responsible for replacements and/or repairs. If any signs of pets using the bathroom inside the home, pet hair on bedding, or furniture guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee. We only allow house trained pets. Please be sure to bring your own kennels and pet beds. We love our furry friends, but it is our goal and responsibility to keep our properties clean and with guests using these best practices, we can avoid any additional fees. This allows us to continue to allow our pets to join the family fun.
Guest Access:
There is plenty of parking for vehicles, boat, and jet ski's! Guest has access to the entire property with the exception of the locked sunroom (used for our vendors) & the small shed is off limits.
The Neighborhood:
We are a five minute boat ride from Twin Bridges Marina. Lake Sinclair Recreational Park is a ten minute car ride and they have a beach swimming area to enjoy. Milledgeville is 25 minutes away and they have tons of dining options! Murder Creek falls & cave is a 5 minute car ride or you can access from water right off the property.
Getting Around:
This property is a 30 minute drive to GMC & GCSU. We are approximately 60 miles from the PGA Masters Tour in Augusta. Milledgeville & Greensboro, GA offer various dining options, entertainment, and activities for all ages. There is a Walmart in Eatonton near 10 minutes away and a Kroger in Milledgeville approx. 25 minutes away from the property. Twin Bridges Marina is a 10 minute drive. Lake Sinclair Recreational area is a 5 minute drive for boat ramp access.
Other Things to Note:
We are located under the Twin Bridges bridge. Not all boats can fit under the bridge. Twin Bridges Marina is a 5 minute boat ride and about a 10 minute car ride from the property.
There is a charcoal grill for guests use. Must bring your own charcoal & clean out the grill before your departure.
Walmart is 10 minutes from the property. The nearest other grocery area is Kroger in Milledgeville near 20 minutes away. There is also additional dining and entertainment in Milledgeville.
