Located at the very top of Eagle and Tyro, directly across from the ski lift, with awesome views of the mountains, and incredible sunrises! There are quite a few steps up to the front door but don't let that stop you! You will walk into a bright, open kitchen, a dining area, and see the slopes right through the family room windows. Truly the best ski-in/ski out location you will find at Wintergreen! Walking distance to the Market, walkability, trails. Spectacular views of sunrises! Wood burning fireplace, central heat, central A/C.
Bright, open kitchen with 4 barstools, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, dining table for 6. Large family room with sectional and windows to capture all the fun on the slopes (and the lifts!) Loft with twin beds, queen sleeper, tv, accessible by wrought iron spiral staircase. Master bedroom with king bed, attached bathroom. Guest bedroom with queen bed, tv, and attached bathroom.
Fully stocked kitchen with plenty of plates, glasses (and wineglasses!) for everyone. Coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, crockpot, electric hand mixer, plenty of serving bowls and trays.
Located off of kitchen is the mudroom, which also has a washer and dryer. Access the back deck through the mudroom. This is the perfect place to shed your ski gear and hang it up to dry!
Immediately off the kitchen is a freshly painted and redecorated full bathroom (walk in shower, shower curtain). Adjacent to the bathroom is the guest room, which has a queen bed, tv, and its own attached bathroom. Walk in shower with sliding glass door.
Venture further into our home and sit down on our large sectional sofa, enjoy the flat screen tv, or make a fire in the wood burning fireplace. We have great views from our family room!
The master bedroom is located off the family room. It features a vaulted ceiling, king bed, dresser, closet space, and an attached bathroom. The bathroom is a tub and shower, with shower curtain. The bedroom faces the ski slopes.
Wind up the spiral staircase to the loft, which we also call the third bedroom (they are one and the same) where you will find two twin beds (not bunk beds), a dresser, a sofa that converts to a queen size bed, and a tv. This is a great space for kids!
In the spring, summer and fall seasons, beautiful mountain views, trails, and festivities await you. Enjoy our hammock, tree swing, corn hole and deck with brand new Black Stone grill. During the winter and snowy seasons, ski right off the deck (literally).
We are a 10 minute walk to the Market (we frequently send our kids to pick up sandwiches for us) and to hiking trails. A 15 minute walk takes us to the front door of the Resort.
