We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Toulouse, in 100 m of the big park nature of the ramée and its lakes, this charming house with swimming pool, of a surface of 170 m ² and being able to accomodate until 8 travelers. It is composed of a nice living room of 70 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, an office, three bathrooms and you can enjoy a garden of about 800 m². Wifi (optical fiber), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- A living room of 70 m² with TV, sofas and dining area.
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, espresso machine... in the extension of the kitchen a laundry space and a large freezer.
- Bedroom 1 (12 m²): a queen-size bed (160×200), storage space and a bathroom with shower and sink in the bedroom.
- Separate toilet.
On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2 (12 m²): two single beds convertible into a double bed (180×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 3 (15 m²): two single beds convertible into a double bed (180×200) and storage space.
- Bedroom 4 (30 m²): a master suite with a king-size bed (180×200), a dressing room and an adjoining shower room.
- Bedroom 5: a double office with a sofa bed.
- A bathroom with bathtub.
- Separate toilet.
Exterior:
- A swimming pool (private, not heated), open from May 1 to September 30 (opening dates not contractual), a bubble cover heats the pool naturally, size 4×8 meters, depth from 1m to 1m50, there are steps and a "small children" area (under supervision), for security there are barriers around the pool and a cover in winter.
- A beautiful garden of 800 m² at the back of the house, without vis-à-vis, south facing with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.
- A terrace of 50 m² with a living room and garden table, sunbeds, shade cloth in summer overlooking the pool.
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: a playhouse for the children, a swing with trapeze and rings as well as the pool house, barbecue, washing machine, ironing board and iron (the laundry equipment is in the house).
The house is ideally located in Toulouse, in a very pleasant environment close to the lake and the golf course of La Ramée as well as the green corridor. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops in the heart of the Saint-Simon district as well as stores, restaurants, bars, markets, schools, colleges, high schools... You will also be close to the Basso Cambo area Thales, Continental, Capgemini, MétéFrance, Airbus
