4 Bedroom House with Entertainment, Parking and View

Just a short walk to Cape Cod Bay (by use of 25 steps across the dune) with use of a private beach is this lovely, well maintained home with 4 private bedrooms and 3 full baths that includes a large master suite with private bath to include a soaking tub. The home is open concept with an abundance of living space and sliding doors that lead to a large outdoor patio with a built in fireplace for an evening of relaxing after a day at the beach.
The home has wide plank pine wood floors throughout and is maintained at the perfect temperature in the warm summer months with central AC. With this getaway there is no need to bring along beach necessities (towels, beach chairs, umbrella) or bed linens with these being available for use during the stay. Washer and dryer are available for use in the home as well as an outdoor grill for an evening BBQ. Outdoor private shower for easy clean up after a day at the beach.
Take a short walk to the private association beach to enjoy a day in the sun or to catch a gorgeous sunset or sunrise for the early birds. This home is located in historic Sandwich making it only a short hour drive from Boston and Providence, RI. Our home is located off of 6A in a private residential community and has several near by dining locations for a night out. The location of our home makes for a perfect Cape Cod vacation getaway spot.
The home rents from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months.

Summary: A lovely, nicely decorated four bedroom home - perfect for my husband and I along with two other couples. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, tons of towels. Lots of beach equipment and toys for children. Quiet neighborhood and just a short walk to the beach which we did almost daily. A couple things bear mentioning. Be advised that in a home this size, there are only two televisions and only one was functional. If you have children who use Play Stations or sports fans in your group who need different channels, this could be an issue. Also, cell phone reception is terrible. Calls were regularly dropped and cut off in mid-conversation which made it literally impossible to use your phone online. If reliable phone service with online capability is important to you, be advised of this situation. Texting, however worked without any problems. One of the reasons we selected this property was the feedback praising excellent communication with the hosts. That was not our experience as it sometimes took several messages to get calls back and messages would be left unanswered sometimes for days. I had a few conversations with the host and she was very pleasant.
