Summary: Excellent hotel with very friendly staff, great facilities and very fresh and lovely food. Only issue I would say it cleaners need to be better they tidied rather than cleaned. Luchia on guest relations was amazing lady and best customer service person ever dealt with. She helped sort maintenance issue that without her wouldn’t have got sorted so quickly and she’s very firmed it n sweet!!
