Summary: Our stay was good. But we our booking, we earned x2 complimentary drinks. Upon arrival, we were told they've run out of vouchers. They said we'd get the vouchers delivered to the room which didn't happen. We didn't get vouchers until the next morning which was check out. In return, we were told to use them for coffee but we wanted to use them at the bar. This was frustrating!
