Positive: Nice and modern, lovely quiet area, emergency contact number left in kitchen was very helpful, smart tv was nice, great heating, log burner was nice, key safe instructions were easy to follow and hot tub was nice too plenty of dish washer tablets

Negative: Okay so needs a bit of TLC in places, the back splash in kitchen was coming off, mould around bath, could of been overall cleaner, ie, kitchen equipment wasn’t clean-pots pans etc, hot tub was emptied mid week without prior knowledge, isn’t this done on changeover day? Noticed it was lacking a few times in kitchen, such as chopping board, one cup and two saucers? Very blunt knives, Bed keeps moving around when you went to sit on it. Patio area incredibly slippery when wet and few wobbly slabs, right as walking in off drive. Lots of debris upon arrival on patio too. Had quite a serious lack of water issue mid-late week also, and when it did come back on hours later, it wasn’t coming out clean at all, even after leaving the tap and bath to run. Please don’t take this as criticism, however if not informed, you’re not going to know!

Summary: Overall had a nice stay, just a few teething problems which could have done without.
