Seventeen steps up from the entry foyer you'll find the COZY LIVING ROOM featuring a FLAT SCREEN TV and a GAS FIREPLACE (all fireplaces available for use Nov 15 - Apr 1). The FULL KITCHEN offers GRANITE COUNTERS with a breakfast bar while the DINING ROOM seats six. This level has the first bedroom offering a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and a FULL BATH. Upstairs is the MASTER bedroom featuring a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and the second GAS FIREPLACE. It also offers a PRIVATE BATH with a WALK-IN SHOWER and a GARDEN SPA TUB. The third bedroom has a QUEEN BED, a SINGLE bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and a FULL BATH. Downstairs from the main level you'll find the fourth bedroom with a QUEEN bed, a FLAT SCREEN TV and a POWDER ROOM. The DECK offers a GAS GRILL and there is a ONE CAR GARAGE and parking for ONE ADDITIONAL CAR. Other vehicles MUST use OVERFLOW parking to avoid fines.This unit is SKI IN/SKI OUT with ON TRAIL access (weather permitting).
The Southwind community is located at the highest point of the mountain at Seven Springs, and is the pinnacle of mountain living. Southwind is the newest and only gated community on the mountain, and features its own chairlift/trail system, which connects directly to the slopes/trails at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. (Weather permitting!) The homes range in size from 3-bedrooms to expansive 5-bedrooms where you are sure to find the perfect fit to enjoy everything Seven Springs in the Laurel Highlands has to offer.
All townhome rentals offer whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the main living room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (soap/shampoo not included), and a fully functional kitchen that includes: utensils/cookware/flatware/dishes/glassware. (Also included: paper towels/trash bags/toilet tissue.) Gas fireplace usage only. Woodburning fireplaces are not accessible for use.
In the summer months, you are able to enjoy the community outdoor pool and hot tub. In addition, all resort rental guests are welcome to utilize the resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. There is a strict parking policy for vehicles at each home, but the community offers plenty of overflow parking nearby. Southwind offers shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
