SOUTH SERENITY TORCH LAKE - This great family compound on the South end of Torch Lake offers a casual executive style home with killer views from the South end looking North all the way up the lake!
The main house has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and will comfortably sleep 6. (In addition, it also has a sleeper sofa.)
The guest cottage is a quaint 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage, with full kitchen & living room, and comfortably sleeps 2. (In addition, it also has a sleeper sofa.)
The bunk house is a great place for the kids to sleep.Sleeps 4, with a 1/2 bath close by, with outdoor shower.
The apartment above the garage has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchenette & living room. With 2 queen beds in the bedroom, it comfortably sleeps 4. (In addition, the apartment also has 2 day beds & 1 sofa bed.)
Light duty mooring anchor available for waverunner or day use for small boat. Pontoon boat lift MIGHT be available for use.
Beautiful lakeside yard with several decks & patios for lounging. One right on the water!
There is a large gas firepit, gas grill & the wide open yard is perfect for fun and games like volleyball, wiffle ball or cornhole.
The house sits on a private dead end road andis only about a 5 minute drive to the quaint town of Alden where you can enjoy delicious ice cream, wine tasting and shopping. Or enjoy Shorts Brewery in downtown Bellaire and Torch Lake Cellars Winery, each about a 15 minute drive away. Even better,the famous Sandbar is only minutes away by boat.
There's plenty of onsite parking. With multiple sets of refrigerators, stoves, washers and dryers, you will have everything you need to have a true "home away from home" perfect vacation for your family.
We require renters to be 30 years or older.We are looking for respectful renters that will take care of the property and be considerate to neighbors.
