Pets are allowed in our pet-friendly house with a maximum limit of two pets per reservation. Although we make exceptions accepting more than 2 pets and/or greater than 45 lbs, please reach out to the host to inquire. A fee of $50 per pet applies, and dogs should weigh 45 lbs or less. Cats are also welcome.If our cleaning team discovers any evidence of pets on the property, a $150 pet fee will be imposed for the extra preparation required. To avoid any issues, please specify the number and type of pets in your reservation. Failure to comply and bringing a pet without paying the fee will result in a charge of $150 for the pet fee and a $100 penalty fee.

To maintain a peaceful atmosphere, please adhere to the quiet hours in Clovis from 10 PM to 7 AM, as any loud activities or use of amenities outside during these hours is strictly prohibited. Refrain from creating excessive noise or playing music outside. We have implemented noise monitors in the living room and game room to maintain a serene and peaceful environment and also to be respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood. Failure to comply may result in a warning phone call, and any citations or fees issued by code enforcement officers will be passed on to responsible guests.

To maintain safety for our guests, we have installed cameras at the front door, front door walkway, the backyard gate, and front of the garage. Do not turn off or readjust cameras to ensure safety for our guests.

For the safety of our guests and to prevent unauthorized gatherings, please note that our property is not intended for parties. To ensure security, 24/7 video and audio recording cameras are installed in the front yard, backyard, and side gate. These recordings will only be accessed if property damage or noise complaints occur. Any noise complaints resulting in a $500 fine from the city will be passed on to responsible guests. There are noise monitors installed to detect noise above threshold levels in our home. We kindly request that all guests respect our policy and avoid disruptive activities that disturb the neighborhood's peace.
