3 Bedroom House with Internet, Kitchen and Laundry
I built this home 40 years ago after falling in love with Martha's Vineyard. It is situated on a wooded, secluded 2 1/2 acre lot in a private development. The house is a well-maintained cape style with a contemporary interior with period pieces. The main floor includes a large open fully equipped kitchen/dining area. The living room has an airy cathedral ceiling and cable television. There is a queen-sized bedroom on the ground floor and two twin bed rooms on the second floor. A twin bed converter to a King size is available. Full bathrooms are available on each floor.
The large yard lends itself to game playing or relaxing. A large deck runs along the back of the house. Great for barbecuing and cocktails at sunset. A large outdoor shower has been added to enhance your vacation experience.
Though private and secluded the house is within walking distance of a grocery store, pharmacy, post office and deli. Seth's Pond for fresh water swimming is less than a mile away. Beautiful Lambert's Cove Beach is also accessible. Excellent restaurants are nearby as well as several well known boutiques.
Wedding parties love it! Great for the Fishing Derby and quiet time away in the off-season.
