Sleeps 8 adults All four bedrooms are large doubles en-suite. A spacious sunlit open-plan villa with air-conditioning & central heating. Large south facing deck at front. The house is built around a tiled courtyard.The private south facing solar heated pool is surrounded by teak decking and half an acre of olive terraces. Other mature trees include a cherry, figs, plumbs and a persimmon tree which all provide fruit in season. A fabulously secluded hillside location, fifteen minutes walk from the medieval village of Bargemon. The high suspended teak deck at the front is perfect for long lunches & dinners.Views of Bargemon & Claviers extend to the distant hills at Roquebrune.The spacious tiled courtyard at the side is shaded by two ancient mulberry trees - a perfect place for a quiet
siesta on a hot afternoon, followed by a BBQ when the sun has gone down.
Fifteen minutes walk from the medieval village of Bargemon. Bargemon is a gastronomic centre with seven delightful restaurants, numerous shops, museums and art galleries and a weekly market. It has a beautiful square with a central fountain shaded by huge plane trees. The perfect place to sip your wine or pastis, relax and watch the world.
The surrounding area is ideal for walking, cycling and horse-riding. Golf courses, the Verdon Gorges and plentiful vineyards are in close proximity and the seaside towns of St. Tropez and Cannes are 45 minutes drive away. Nice airport is 1 hours drive.
High Season changeover days are on Sunday. Less traffic and queues.
This property is ideal for 4 people out of season with open fire and full heating by air source heat pumps in the main house.

Bed 1:Master bed room with queen-sized bed and double sofa bed, two double doors lead onto a large private balcony with stunning views. The views can be enjoyed from the bed ! The en-suite bathroom is tiled in travertine with a walk-in shower and twin basins. Air-conditioning and central heating.
Bed 2: Queen-sized bed and en-suite shower room, air-conditioning and central heating, double doors opening onto courtyard.

All beds have memory foam mattresses, duck down pillows and duvets (synthetic available). Linen & towels are supplied. Hairdryers are supplied in all bedrooms. Travel cot available upon request.

Extensively equipped with cutlery, crockery and cooking implements. Siemens dishwasher, Bosch gas hob, Scholtz microwave and oven with pizza stone, Samsung fridge/freezer with ice machine and water cooler. Toaster, kettle, espresso machine, rice cooker available.

Light and airy open plan lounge area with large sofa and double sofa bed, Free WiFi, Freeview satellite TV, DVD player, open fire. Air-conditioning and heating. Inside dining area. Fabulous hard wood deck balcony (over 80 sqm) with stunning views to distant hills, providing outside dining area with BBQ which catches the sun from early morning to late evening, shade provided by trees growing through deck, parasol and a sail

Large pool (13 x 5m) designed for swimming (1.2m minimum depth). Exclusive use for residents. Saline pool (not chlorinated) means water is softer on skin and eyes. Secluded hard wood deck and laws surround with reclining loungers. The pool area also has stunning panoramic views. The pool is fitted with a retractable safety cover.
Garden:
Numerous terraces with olive trees, the cherry, fig and oak trees offer shade. Stone terraced lawn areas – not suitable for toddlers.
