The space
Take the elevator up and walk into the dining area with vaulted ceiling and natural light pouring through the oversized windows. Enjoy rooftop views as you delight in a meal together with an easy flow right into the kitchen, which overlooks the living room. With open concept living, enjoy the convenience of the breakfast bar for leisurely mornings and main-floor laundry access just around the corner. With designer finishes throughout and tasteful interiors, delight in luxury paired with home conveniences such as unlimited high-speed Wi-Fi, cable, and TV. Plenty of storage is available throughout, including ski racks at the staircase entrance.
**Please note: There is an elevator located in the lobby that only the Homeowner and guest have access to. The Homeowner lives in a separate dwelling at the property and respects the privacy of all guests during their stay.

When you’re not walking to one of Collingwood’s popular restaurants, you can enjoy cooking with the pristine stainless steel appliances this condo includes. With plenty of counter space, feel the ease of moving freely through the space. The contemporary kitchen has an abundance of cupboard space for storage of your food, spices, and coffee. All cookware, bakeware, cutlery, and utensils are provided during your stay. Stress less about your dishes after a meal, as this condo comes with a fully functional dishwasher so you can enjoy more of what the area has to offer.
Living Room
Enjoy a movie night in with the large flat-screen TV, or relax in the space in your updated living room with neutral paint colours throughout and natural light pouring in through the windows. The space is perfect for hosting an evening of entertainment or reveling in a quiet night away from the busy town centre.
Bedroom
The primary bedroom contains a King Bed with a three-piece bathroom just outside the door. The adjacent den turns into a secondary bedroom with a futon that pulls out into a Double sized bed for hosting an additional guest. Both the bedroom and den have plenty of storage for your personal items and are tastefully decorated throughout.
**Please note: Homeowner lives in separate dwelling at the property.
1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The management company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered with your original booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon. The person booking the property must be at least 25 years of age. This is strictly enforced and deference will result in immediate eviction without refund.
2) Parking passes, keys, and or fobs will be issued upon arrival to the property, these must be returned upon checkout. If not returned your damage deposit will be forfeited
3) There are small bins for garbage and recycling in the property. After your stay, please bring all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles, this includes all alcohol bottles. If garbage or recycling is left on the property your damage deposit will be forfeited.
4) No smoking on the property, your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
5) Some properties have wood burning fireplaces, these are not to be used by guests, if used your damage deposit will be forfeited with no exceptions.
6) A cleaning charge will be added to your property rental fee. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from your damage deposit at an hourly rate. At the end of your stay please put any used hand towels or dish towels in the tub, and make sure that all dishes are clean and put away. Please do not leave dishes in the dishwasher, clean or dirty.
7) The management company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
8) If property damage occurs, the management company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion
