Three large second floor bedrooms all enjoy walk out to private upper deck. Wood burning fire place. Outdoor fire pit with complimentary wood. Bring your own boat and take advantage of your exclusive dock and boatslip. Plenty for the family to do with TWO NEW PADDLEBOARDS and KAYAKS, corn hole and the best fishing right off your dock. Fully stocked kitchen, TV/games room, large deck and gas grill. Property is dog friendly, we do ask that you keep dogs on the ground floor or outside only. A $200 pet fee applies. Summary: This place was awesome. It had everything we needed and it was so peaceful. We are definitely coming back as the house and Lake Norman was incredible. So much to do in the area and at the property. The owner was fantastic and easy to contact. 5 Stars from our family and our small little dog loved watching the boats go back and forth all day on the water. You can’t beat the views.
