We have an exterminator who comes monthly and treats the area to reduce the chance of meeting unwelcome guests. However, this does not mean they all disappear. During the hot summer months bugs are more prolific and you are likely to encounter more then. Keeping the door shut at all times will help keep them outside where they belong. We do not give refunds for bug, insect, or wildlife encounters.
