Welcome to Ravens Song Mountain Retreat. 20 mins to downtown Durango, but a world apart! We have created a mountain escape for your family.
Nestled in the heart of the high trails neighborhood our home sits in a secluded location next to the cliff and an aspen grove.
This private oasis is ideal for family getaways or multiple groups of friends. With a private fire pit, space for yard games, and a private trail with a fairy garden, it's ideal for entertaining and exploring.
Our 2,880 sq. ft. 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom tri-level home is Colorado Living at its finest. Featuring a fully renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two cozy living spaces each with their own fireplace, and unmatched outdoor living spaces this home makes for the perfect is an all-season getaway. Our tranquil retreat is located 20 minutes from downtown Durango. The home was recently furnished in the fall of 2022 will all new linens, towels, and décor.

Our home has shared private Florida river access and access to Treasure Island - a shared community recreation area that's perfect for family fishing outings, picnics, and nature adventures. With Vallecito Lake a 15 minute drive, and Lemon Lake 8 minute drive from our home guests have easy access to robust fishing, boating, and paddle boarding opportunities. This home has very limited cell service.
The home is NOT pet friendly - please leave your pets at home.
Please note, the driveway leading to the home is steep. During the winter months access to the home requires 4WD, in periods of a large snowfall, guests may need to park their vehicle at the bottom of the driveway and walk a short distance to the home in order to safely access.
Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years).
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
