Guests who rent the Compound have sole access to the whole house (Main House plus the Loft), the mudroom, the garage and all decks and grounds.

The one bedroom has a queen sized bed, table, lamp, closet and skylight. The bathroom with shower has another skylight.

Bedding throughout the Compound includes all linens and towels, cotton blankets in the summer and down comforters for the rest of the year.
