Welcome to ourbeautiful family vacation home, perfect for entertaining and hosting large families and groups located just one block away from the beach. Enjoy ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony or 3rd floor roof-deck and master bedroom.
Within a 5-minute walk you will find:Vons supermarket, restaurants and shops along Seaward avenue.
The house is located along the Ventura Beach Bike and WalkingPath which runs from MarinaPark to Surfer's Point and crosses through the Ventura Pier and Crowne Plaza Hotel.
The first floor luxury suite can be sectioned off from the rest of the house for additional privacy. The suite includes a master bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. This suite also has its own living room with L-shaped sofa, 43" TV and a kitchenette. Backyard patio has a BBQ gas grill withoutdoor dining table and chairs.
Take the grand staircase up to the main floor which includes a fully stocked professional-grade kitchen and living room with 65" flat screen 4K TV including Roku streaming apps. The second floor has three bedrooms: one with a queen, one with a double and the third with two twin beds (can be converted into a king with provided kit). There are 2 full bathrooms on this floor located near the bedrooms and an additional half bathroom near the kitchen. The balcony on this floor has a BBQ gas grill and outdoor chairs.
The stunning master bedroom occupies the entire third floor, along with the roof deck with 360 degree views. The master features a king-sized bed with a four-post wood frame. The master bathroom has an infinity tub, separate water closet with bidet and toilet and a two person walk-in shower with overhead rainforest spray and side jets.
What we provide:
Fully Stocked kitchen: Pots, pans, bake wear, appliances, eating and cooking utensils, serving wear. We provide kitchen basics such as spices, coffee, sugar, flour and cooking oil. We have multiple coffee makers and a Nespresso machine along with a starter pack ofNespresso pods that we provide.
Linens: High-end 100% cotton bed sheets, blankets and towels.
Toiletries: Showers and Bathtubs have Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Wash.
Beach Supplies: We have a number of beach chairs, mats, sand toys and umbrellas available for our guests. We have an outdoor shower to wash off sand before coming into the house.
Parking: 2 cars can fit in garage and 2 cars can fit tandem behind garage on driveway.

Classic laid-back beach town. Mild weather, gorgeous beach. close to Seaward and downtown Ventura. Take day trips to Santa Barbara, Ojai and Los Angeles.
Renting a car would be best to explore the greater Ventura area. The house is walking distance to a large super market, restaurants, bars, fast food restaurants (Including In-N-Out Burger andMcDonalds) and Starbucks.
As is common among California beach houses, the house does NOT have central Air Conditioning. Due to the cool nights and beach breeze there is rarely a situation where one would feel hot inside the house. Opening the sliding doors and windows and using the many provided fans will cool the house on the rare days in which highs reach over 70 degrees Fahrenheit.
