Positive: The location was spectacular - on a bluff overlooking the ocean. There was no air conditioning, but we didn't need it. The ocean breezes kept the apartment totally comfortable. It was very well appointed with lots of personal touches. We loved staying there.
Negative: I would have preferred feather pillows, but, oh well.
Summary: Wished we'd only spent 2 nights in Poipu and spent the bulk of our time here. It was just lovely.
