Summary: We stayed 2 nights. When we arrived at 5:30 pm, the hot water, fireplace and stove did not work. Called office. The propane tank was empty!!! A new tank was brought over. The fireplace was not fixed until the next afternoon as it needed additional service.We could not figure out the TV. Called the office again. There were no instructions on operating the TV. Needed guidance from them. But it still did not work properly. TV not fixed until next afternoon either.No instructions on garbage, recycle or location of bins. Actually there was a nice page on how to take care of our dog on the property, but nothing else one the property itself.I will say that the office staff, Joe, the night person, was very helpful. James, the service manager, was also very helpful. The property location was great. The house itself was a bit worn.
