Sea Horse Beach House is a newly remodeled two-story, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath home with breathtaking ocean views from almost every room! SCC#111530. You have two decks both facing the ocean. The deck off the living room wraps around the second floor of the house and offers views towards Monterey/Moss Landing while the deck off the Dining Area and Main Bedroom offer views towards Santa Cruz!
The interior of the home has bright, modern furnishings, beautiful artwork throughout and an open, spacious reverse open. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly remodeled.
On the entry level, you will find the First Bedroom with a King Bed and the Second Bedroom with 2 Twin Beds. Laundry room and full bathroom with shower.
Upstairs is the Living Room, Kitchen and Dining Area that flow together nicely and feature floor to ceiling windows to view the beautiful ocean from each area!
There is a well-stocked ‘Gourmet’ kitchen with contemporary quartz countertops, new appliances including a gas range, dishwasher and refrigerator with ice and water on the door. Bar seating allows for guests to interact without actually being in the kitchen, a great space to gather. The Dining Area features a custom, "Beach" glass dining table seating 8 and access to the back deck with BBQ.
The Living Room has a Gas Fireplace, sectional sofa with a chaise lounge. Lots of windows and the sliding door leads to the "front" deck making the Living Room a perfect gathering place for family and friends. This home features a flat screen, high-def smart TV, Cable, DVD Player, Stereo with CD player and surround sound, and wireless high-speed DSL.
The upstairs Primary Bedroom has a gas fireplace, full ocean views and a door leading to the back deck as well as a private bathroom with jacuzzi tub.
Sea Horse Beach House has a 1 car garage + driveway parking. The beach access is either through a private gate or via the landscaped, winding path behind the homes that takes you directly to the stairs of the pristine Sand Dollar Beach!
