Positive: The proximity to the beach and the view were some of the best we’ve had, truly helped make up for everything else the house was lacking.
Negative: The house was not thoroughly cleaned and appears it hasn’t been in a while. Majority of the furniture was very outdated, dirty, or needs to be replaced. The kitchen table was broken in the middle therefore slanted. Multiple TVs did not work.The breaker box kept shorting, therefore no downstairs lights. We reached out about this issue, but no one ended up coming to fix it. The kitchen appliances need to be replaced.
